Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

We are a factory-direct manufacturer with experienced engineers and staff, as well as a well-organised production facility.

What is the lead time?

3–7 days for samples, 10–20 days for bulk production orders, depending on quantity and part complexity.

Do you provide samples? Are they free of charge or is there an additional fee?

Yes, the sample fee depends on the product’s geometry; this fee will be refunded when you place a bulk order.

What information is required for a quotation?

Please provide 2D product drawings in PDF or DWG format, as well as 3D drawings in STEP, IGS or X_T format, along with any other requirements, such as surface treatment and quantities.

What is your company’s standard procurement process?

Prototyping ---> Final sample (FA) approval ---> Quality control plan ---> Manufacturing process specifications ---> Mass production ---> Inspection ---> Shipping

What should we do if we don’t have any drawings?

Please send a sample to our factory, and we will replicate it or provide you with a better solution. Please provide photographs or sketches showing the dimensions (length, height, width); if you place an order, we will create CAD or 3D files for you.

Will my drawings be safe once I send them to your company?

Yes, we can sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving your drawings, and we will never disclose them to third parties without your permission.

Is it possible to keep track of the production progress without visiting your company in person?

We will provide a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports containing digital images and videos to demonstrate the progress of the manufacturing process.
